We’re excited to share that GenStaq.ai has been acquired by RevRag.ai, a leading AI agent platform for BFSI.

From the very beginning, our mission at GenStaq was to make GenAI infra modular, production-ready, and enterprise-grade. In RevRag, we found a natural extension of that vision, and a team that had already cracked the GTM and distribution motion in enterprise AI. This combination felt less like an exit, and more like fitting two halves of the same puzzle.

As part of the acquisition, our team will join RevRag across product and engineering. Our early advisors and backers, including Prashant Rao, Jeevan Reddy, and Rohit Arumugam, will continue to support in an advisory capacity, strengthening its strategic depth as it scales.

This marks both an ending and a beginning: the close of our chapter as GenStaq founders, and the start of something bigger as part of RevRag’s journey to build secure, scalable, and customizable AI systems for enterprises.
